You can attend committee meetings in person or online using Microsoft Teams.
If you are attending the meeting online:
- we will email you the Microsoft Teams meeting link
- join the Microsoft Teams meeting 10 minutes before the start time
- leave your camera off until we get to the item you would like to speak about
- keep yourself on mute until you're invited to speak
If you are attending the meeting in person:
- arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the start time and ask for the committee manager
- we will be able to answer any questions and check you’re happy with the process
