The lift to the lower levels of Grand Arcade car park is temporarily out of action.

You can still park in the lower levels, but should park in the upper levels if you need to use the lift.

Lift access to the lower levels will be restored as quickly as possible, when replacement parts arrive.

The Shopmobility office is open as normal. We can escort you from the office to the shopping centre when you hire a mobility aid.
