To deliver our Corporate Plan for Cambridge, we have developed a People and Culture Strategy that outlines our aspirations as a council.
The strategy has five interlinked themes that help us look after and develop the people that work here and grow a sense of belonging:

- attracting and retaining our people
- living our values
- rewarding, recognising and celebrating our people
- developing excellent people, managers and leaders
