Paying your leasehold property service charge

Under the terms of your lease, you must pay a regular service charge. It covers your share of services and repairs for the building you live in. it also covers insurance and management costs.

The easiest way to pay the service charge for your leasehold property is to set up a Direct Debit. You can choose to pay on the 1st or 15th day of the month and to pay monthly or every three months (quarterly).

Direct Debit is the simplest, most convenient way to pay regular, recurring bills. It means you no longer have to worry about missed payments, or making a payment each month. It also helps us to reduce costs, making more money available to provide other services.

If you cannot print the form, contact us and we will send you a copy in the post.

Other ways to pay

If you prefer, you can pay your service charge online every time the payment is due.

You can also pay by phone – call us on 01223 457779 and choose the ‘service charge’ option.

You will need your leaseholder account number each time you make a payment.
