Elections were held in Cambridge on Thursday 1 May for 12 councillors to represent the Cambridge divisions of Cambridgeshire County Council, and to elect a Mayor for the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority.
There were also two by-elections for Cambridge City Council – in the East Chesterton and West Chesterton wards.

Turnout for the East Chesterton by-election was 41.4% and turnout for the West Chesterton by-election was 50.7%.
Following the by-elections, the composition of the 42 seats on Cambridge City Council is now: Labour 24 seats, Liberal Democrat 12 seats, Green 5 seats, Conservative 1 seat.
