- In 2023/24, Mayor Jenny Gawthrope Wood supported the Red Hen Project and the Cambridge branch of Parkinson’s UK.
- In 2022/23, Mayor Mark Ashton supported Cambridge Aid and Romsey Mill.
- In 2020/21 and 2021/22, Mayor Russ McPherson supported Magpas Air Ambulance and SERV Suffolk & Cambridgeshire.
- In 2019/20, Mayor Gerri Bird supported Rowan and The King Hedges Family Support Project.
- In 2018/19, Mayor Nigel Gawthrope supported Alzheimer’s Research UK and the Red Hen Project.
- In 2017/18, Mayor George Pippas supported the Sick Children's Trust and Centre 33.
