If you are the landlord or managing agent of private rented accommodation in Cambridge, you can manage the property’s Council Tax account online.
You can:
- Set up a direct debit to pay your bill
- Tell us about a change to the tenancy
- Switch to paperless billing
To manage your account, select ‘view landlord or agent services’ on our Council Tax portal.
The system is often offline for ICT maintenance between 8 and 8.30pm on weekday evenings – please avoid using it during these times. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
