Before you can borrow a mobility aid, you must register to use the Shopmobility service.
The registration process involves completing an application form and attending a meeting at which:
- we will show you how to use the scooter or electric wheelchair and ensure that you are competent to use it
- you will need to complete a simple insurance form
Contact us to request an appointment. We will arrange one at a convenient time on a weekday. Please do not come to the office without an appointment.

The shopmobility offices are at:
- Grafton East car park on level 4
- Grand Arcade car park on level −1
When you attend the meeting, please bring photo identification and proof of your current address.
We will re-register you every year, to make sure your details are up-to-date. You do not need to resubmit the form – we will go through the questions with you when you visit to borrow a mobility aid.
