Three of our community centres are open as ‘cool spaces’ during the hot weather. You are welcome to stay for as long as they are open.
You can help yourself to water and other drinks in the foyer areas at three of our community centres. Each also has toilets, Wi-Fi and plenty of shade.
- Brown’s Field Community Centre – open from 9am to 5pm
- Clay Farm Centre – open from 9am to 6.30pm
- Meadows Community Centre – open from 9am to 10pm
The times listed are the minimum each centre will be open – follow the links above to check specific times for each centre.
Whether you want a break from the sun or need to stay for longer, you’re welcome to stay until each centre closes.
