Original message, 4 October 2024: The lift to the lower levels of Grand Arcade car park is temporarily out of action.

You can still park in the lower levels, but should park in the upper levels if you need to use the lift.

We will restore lift access to the lower levels as quickly as we can.

We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
