If your business receives a low score when we inspect it, you can request a new inspection. We recommend that you only do this after making improvements that will improve your rating.

We'll make an unannounced visit and give you a new rating based on what we find at this visit. Your previous rating will not affect your new rating.

There is no limit to the number of inspections you can request, but you must pay £222.50 for each visit.
