We advise that you only use this form if you have received a notice saying your Council Tax account is in credit. Refunds from accounts which are not in credit can lead to higher Council Tax instalments and less time to pay them.
You will need to tell us your Council Tax account number and your bank account details so that we can repay you directly to your bank or building society.
If the refund request is for another person, we may have to ask for further details before we can process your request.
Please give 30 days for refund requests to be processed.
