Public toilets

We provide public toilets at key locations across the city.

Most locations have an accessible toilet, and many have baby-changing facilities. Check the list below the map for full information about each location.

You’ll need a Radar key to use some of the accessible toilets. You can buy one online.

Renovation, refurbishment and repair work

Cherry Hinton Hall: The Changing Places toilet is unavailable and awaiting repairs.

Grand Arcade car park: The Changing Places toilet in the Shopmobility office is closed for refurbishment. We expect the work to finish in the summer.

Lammas Land: Two toilet cubicles are unavailable due to vandalism and awaiting repairs.

Changing Places toilets

Changing Places toilets are fully accessible. They have a peninsular toilet with support rails and space for a wheelchair to either side. The room has plenty of space for carers and a height-adjustable changing bench and hoist.

Report a problem

We clean each site every day it is open, but please tell us if you notice a problem and we will prioritise visiting the site.

Tell us about any damage to the facilities, as well as mess including faeces, vomit, blood, or glass. Please be as specific as possible when you describe the problem.

If you can take a photo of the problem, you can attach it to the form.

We will take appropriate action within seven days to contain and fix problems that are not solely a cleaning issue.

Our form to report a problem with a public toilet is not working at the moment. Please phone us to tell us where you have seen the problem and we’ll report it for you.
