  Decision: Minded to refuse 

Please note that the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government ‘called in’ the planning application for the redevelopment of the Beehive Centre on Coldham’s Lane, meaning the Planning Inspectorate will now hold an inquiry and make a decision on the proposals.
