Homes for Ukraine Furniture Assistance Scheme
We can provide furniture for people who have arrived in Cambridge on a Homes for Ukraine visa and are leaving their host’s home.
We can provide:
- ovens, fridges, freezers and washing machines
- beds and mattresses
- sofas and armchairs
- curtains and blinds
Contact us to apply for help if the following criteria apply to you.
- You must have been sponsored and hosted in Cambridge since the start of your Homes for Ukraine visa.
- You must be moving out of your host’s home for the first time.
- You must not have applied for help from this scheme before.
The furniture we can provide is subject to available funding.
Furniture assistance for other refugees
Alternative support is available for refugees who have arrived on other resettlement schemes.
We can not currently offer furniture to asylum seekers or other refugee groups. Local support groups might be able to help – read our refugee support information to learn more.
