We are committed to challenging discrimination and promoting equality of opportunity in all aspects of our work.

We also have an Equality Value Statement [PDF, 27Kb], which sets out the responsibility of our staff.

Our Single Equality Scheme 2021 to 2024 [PDF, 0.5MB] is our current plan. It includes objectives and actions around our Public Sector Equality Duty. We produced it following consultation, including with voluntary and community groups supporting people with protected characteristics.

We regularly monitor our progress and each year we publish an Annual Equalities Review, which sets out what we have achieved over the past twelve months to advance our equalities and diversity work.
