Use our online benefits portal to check the details of your claim for Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction, or Discretionary Housing Payment.
If you do not have an account on the portal, follow the ‘register for online letters’ link to sign up (this link is located in the portal).
When you are logged in, choose the 'view my claim summary' option to see the information your entitlement is based on. You can also see which payments have been made and which are due.
You can also use the system to tell us about any changes in your circumstances.
Email notifications and online letters
To help us support the environment by printing less, we have introduced an email notification system. You can use it to read your benefit notification letters online.
