Original message, Friday 16 August: The hoist in the Changing Places toilet in the Grand Arcade car park is currently out of service.

The toilet is still open, but the hoist is currently unavailable. We are aware of a fault with the hoist and have arranged for it to be assessed by an engineer.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Grand Arcade shopping centre has toilets on level two inside the centre. There are also public toilets available in the city. You can find Changing Places toilets on the Changing Places website. The nearest Changing Places toilet to the Grand Arcade car park is Clay Farm Centre.
