Your opinions about your home and neighbourhood are very important. We will:
- listen to your views
- keep you informed
- ask you what you think of the service
- involve you in making decisions that affect you
You can always have your say as an individual tenant, but sometimes it is easier to make yourself heard if you are part of a group.
The following people and groups can help you make yourself heard:
- your housing officer
- your residents' association
- the tenant participation officer
- the Cambridge Federation of Tenants
- leaseholders and residents
