We aim to treat everyone equally, no matter what their sex, sexuality, marital status, race, religion, language, disability or ethnic group.
We will do this by:
- providing information about our services in plain English
- providing an interpreter if you find it hard to understand English
- filling in forms with you if you need help
- visiting you at home if you cannot get to our office
- following up all complaints of unfair treatment
- taking action against neighbours who commit acts of racial harassment or anti-social behaviour
Please tell us if you think you have been treated unfairly.
