If you break your tenancy conditions, or if you got your tenancy by deliberately giving us false information, you may be at risk of losing your home, and we do not have to offer you another suitable home.
There are some other reasons why we may move you out of your home, but we must offer you another suitable home if:
- you are able-bodied but living in a home that has been adapted for someone with special needs
- you inherited the tenancy from a partner or close relative, but the property is too big for you
- we want to carry out major work which we cannot do with you living there
As your landlord, we will:
- try to make sure that you enjoy the right to live peacefully in your home without disturbance from your neighbours
- offer support to victims of nuisance
