We write to you every year to tell you the amount of rent you should pay.
We will also charge you for these other services, but only if you receive them:
- caretaking and cleaning
- dropped kerbs
- parking spaces
- independent living personal alarms
- support charges
- lighting in shared areas
- water meters (in sheltered accommodation)
- service charges (in sheltered accommodation)
- VAT on private garage rents
There are also other charges that are not listed above.
