Rent can be paid by Direct Debit, online, in person, by phone or direct from your salary.

Computer

You can pay your rent in the following ways.

By monthly Direct Debit

You can pay on the 1st or 15th of each month.

Online

You can pay rent and other housing charges online, using our online payments service. This is a convenient and secure way to pay and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In person

You can pay in person at any of the housing offices:

  • 171 Arbury Road
  • 89 Cherry Hinton Road
  • 44 St Andrews Street

You can pay in person anywhere that displays the PayPoint or Pay Zone sign, at any Post Office, or at any of the offices listed above using your rent payment swipe card.

You can also pay at our customer service centre.

By phone

If you have a debit or credit card, you can pay your rent and other housing charges by phone on 01223 457000.

You can make MOTO payments. These are payments taken over the phone, during office hours, using the numbers in the contacts list.

An automated 24-hour system is run on our behalf by allpay.net. It is a secure and convenient way to pay your rent and other charges. You will be asked for information about your payment card and the system will ask you to wait while it checks the details. If the transaction is authorised, you will be given a reference number. Make a note of this in case you need to query the transaction later.

Direct from your salary

Some employers will take your rent out of your salary and send the payment direct to us.

You will need to check with your employer first to see if they offer this service and then ask your area housing office for a form.
