If you receive Housing Benefit, Local Housing Allowance or Council Tax Benefit we need to know about any changes in your circumstances that may affect the amount of benefit you receive.
These circumstances include:
- Change of address
- Change in earnings for any adult in the household
- Changes in other income anyone in your household receives
(including other benefits, Tax Credits, Pensions, child maintenance payments etc) - Changes in savings and investments for any adult in the household
- Changes in the number of people living with you

If there are changes in the number of people living with you, you can complete either form.
We will also need to see the documents (originals) that support the changes you are telling us about. Documents you need to provide are detailed in the forms.
Tell us as soon as possible about any changes in circumstances: otherwise you may miss out on additional benefit you're entitled to; or find yourself having to repay benefit overpayments you have received.
